In this case, you will work for one of the world's most prestigious cosmetic groups.

As a CRM trainee, you will learn: 

  1. Support the CRM team in the execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Assist in the development and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns.
  3. Help maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
  4. Analyze customer data and behavior to provide insights and recommendations for improving CRM efforts.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between CRM initiatives and overall marketing goals.
  6. Create and update reports to track the performance and effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
  7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for customer retention and acquisition.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing.

Qualifications

We are looking for an intern with:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing, particularly in CRM and customer-centric strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Additional Information

Conditions: 

  • Duration: 6 months part-time (mornings), extendable for an additional 6 months.
  • Hybrid working model: 2 office days and 3 remote days. (Till 31st December)
  • July, august, Christmas and Easter 100% remote. 
  • Remuneration: 400 €/gross per month.
  • From Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 14:00
  • It is necessary to be able to enter into an agreement/annex with a university or business school.
