Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IT team as a CRM System Administrator and Data Engineer. This role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), the Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supporting Dynamics 365-based architectural solutions but also for contributing to the management of the data warehouse within a global IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively collaborate with CRM system users worldwide to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Analyze, design, and develop or configure Dynamics 365 modules—such as Sales, Customer Service, and Admin App—to optimize business processes and workflows.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, supervise external consultants, and collaborate with functional teams on CRM system enhancement projects.

  • Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and cloud technologies.

  • Own and manage technical designs, configurations, and processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.

  • Enable and support user adoption of Power Platform and Dynamics 365-based solutions.

  • Participate in multi-system data integration projects, develop data processes, and maintain the data warehouse.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure network functions

  • Experience in IT system ownership, including end-user support

  • Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills

  • Solid knowledge of data analytics, data/system integration, data warehousing, and data modeling

  • Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, and SQL

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $130,000 - $150,000.
