Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day CRM activities across our partner platforms. This role sits between execution and strategy — ideal for someone who can independently manage campaigns while collaborating closely with Account Management, Operations, and Marketing teams.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with CRM tools. You will play a key role in ensuring CRM activities are delivered smoothly and contribute directly to partner success.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns including bonuses, promotions, and player engagement journeys.
- Manage player segmentation, campaign targeting, and reward logic across platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a CRM point of contact for internal teams and B2B partners.
- Translate commercial or operational requirements into effective CRM actions.
- Coordinate CRM requests with Account Managers, Operations, and Product teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse player behaviour, retention metrics, and campaign results.
- Prepare regular CRM performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve player engagement and lifetime value.
Operational & Technical Support
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues such as bonus logic errors, eligibility problems, or campaign misconfigurations.
- Ensure CRM activities comply with internal processes and platform capabilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of CRM campaigns and workflows.
Continuous Improvement
- Support the development of CRM best practices and operational standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve CRM efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Stay up to date with CRM trends and iGaming engagement practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of player engagement, bonuses, promotions, and segmentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with people at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
