The position
You will drive performance by analysing data, providing useful insights and sharing new ideas for continuous improvement. You will act as a real point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand their needs, answer their queries and ensure the CRM solution is helpful in their daily job.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Act as champion of technology and innovation by identifying solutions to meet evolving challenges and user requirements of CRM platform. Drive simplicity and integration across CRM to enhance the cross functional experience.
  • Drive high data quality and improve usage of CRM by establishing workflows and following up on standards of data entering. Conduct gap analysis and monitor progress of agreed activities.
  • Be responsible of an ongoing territory performance reporting and communication to internal stakeholders (targeting, segmentation). You will generate insights and identify opportunities combining market, customer, and activity level data. You will mainly act as sparring partner to the Sales teams and support them in providing relevant insights and functionalities to develop local strategies. You will assist the affiliate in designing innovative sales incentive programs and calculating pay-outs for successful results.
  • Act as local ambassador and liaise with local and regional stakeholders. Review user feedback and investigate & suggest potential system improvements. Advise & engage senior leaders and functional colleagues regarding the business changes required for the successful adoption. It involves providing training (CRM & dashboards training) and to ensure activities and usage of the CRM tool is being carried out conforming with internal and local laws/regulations and contractual requirements.


About our department
You will be part of the Commercial Excellence department, whose role is to deliver outstanding value for our stakeholders through operational effectiveness & excellence, by driving superior customer engagement & experience across all channels. You will join a team composed of 2 Digital marketeers and will report to the Commercial Excellence Director.
Qualifications

  • A bachelor/master's business degree, ideally in IT, Data Analytics, Economics or similar. You have approximately 2 years of experience, ideally working with CRM systems. A background in sales force excellence, especially with pharma experience is an advantage.
  • You have a knack for turning data into valuable insights. Your strategic problem-solving skills plus your analytical toolbox are important assets that will be supported by colleagues from around the world - allowing you to use both their experience as well as create innovative ideas of your own!
  • You are a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional. You enjoy and are comfortable using Excel. Ideally, you know or have already used tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.
  • You enjoy helping colleagues to adopt new tools/solutions by providing them some training or the support needed. You can demonstrate a commitment to excellence, prioritize customer satisfaction and possess the initiative necessary to make things happen.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Ideally, you are fluent in English, French and Dutch.
