Please note: The salary range for this position is between C$ 75000 to C$ 85000

The Job

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you'll execute customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other CRM channels. You'll help bring lifecycle marketing strategies to life by supporting campaign planning, building, launching, and optimizing customer communications. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Creative, Analytics, and Compliance teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Execute customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other CRM channels.
  • Support the development of campaign briefs by defining objectives, target audiences, messaging, offers, timelines, and channel requirements.
  • Write, edit, and optimize customer-facing marketing copy across multiple CRM channels.
  • Build, QA, schedule, and deploy campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Execute both one-time campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, abandoned application, and cross-sell programs.
  • Configure audience segmentation, personalization rules, and campaign targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across subject lines, messaging, creative, audiences, offers, and send times.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, production schedules, and documentation while ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Deliver engaging, personalized customer communications that strengthen customer relationships across the lifecycle.
  • Help improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion through well-executed CRM campaigns.
  • Contribute to continuous campaign optimization by leveraging performance data, testing insights, and customer behavior.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the successful implementation of lifecycle marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
What You Bring
  • Experience executing CRM, email, lifecycle, or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to create engaging customer-facing content.
  • Experience building, QAing, scheduling, and deploying campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to campaign quality and accuracy.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously improving campaign performance.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, marketing strategies, and best practices.
Education & ExperienceRequired
  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns.
  • Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform.
  • Experience performing campaign QA with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience writing customer-facing marketing copy.
Preferred
  • Experience using Braze.
  • Experience executing SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience interpreting campaign performance metrics and recommending optimization opportunities.
