With a tremendous growth in our business and increasing demand for our services, we are expending and seeking CRM Product Manager (PM) to join our team. As a PM, you will be working with business stakeholders, engineering, and other Product Managers to define the strategy, priorities and the roadmap for our CRM platform and then oversee the execution, and the day-today user support functions. You will champion the relentless drive towards automation of our operating processes and seek constant improvements in functionality, user experience and value of the CRM product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead defining the product vision, strategy, and the roadmap.
  • Build strong relationships with end users' other stakeholders to ensure the vision aligns with business strategy and user goals.
  • Collaborate with end users and internal stakeholders to gather their feedback, anticipate their needs and translate them into product features and requirements.
  • Be the SME on the CRM technology and capabilities and any adjacent and relevant applications.
  • Use Agile methodologies to assess the value of product features and prioritize features and stories to ensure work aligns with the overall product strategy and the customer value.
  • Lead the Agile development team ensuring the team is focused on committed deliverables and user value
  • Plan and groom product feature backlog to ensure the team has just the right amount of workload.
  • Write user stories.
  • Work closely with other Product Managers to coordinate PI planning and any dependencies.
  • Plan and lead Product Releases and internal communications including user training and job aids materials.
  • Be on point for addressing production issues or defects with the Production Supports Teams

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of working experience as an Agile Product Manager or other relevant role in the Agile Software development
  • Prior experience with CRM software development and management
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field preferred
  • Good understanding of the Insurance domain preferred
  • Experience with complex Process Mapping and User Journey Mapping to translate them into digital product functionality.
  • Exposure to Usability Research, Wireframing and Prototyping
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Creative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Hands on experience with developing digital solutions focused on process improvements.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Sharp analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for process mapping, and project management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
