Internship Program – The 90 day journey

 

The "90 day journey" is our 3month paid Internship Program, designed to support the younger generation as they take their first steps into the business world or switch their career into the Tech industry. 

During the program, interns will develop both soft and hard skills, applying their academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios. Through tailored mentorship and continuous learning opportunities, they will embark on a transformative journey that equips interns for future career success.

About the job:

The CRM Product Intern will support the team in improving and maintaining CRM campaigns by helping with setup, testing, and basic optimizations using internal tools while gaining hands-on experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the setup and basic configuration of CRM campaigns using internal tools.
  • Help prepare and check simple campaign data and settings (e.g., bonuses and promotions).
  • Assist with uploading, updating, and organizing CRM content across systems.
  • Perform basic testing to make sure campaigns work correctly.
  • Report any issues or errors to the team.
  • Help maintain simple logs and documentation of tasks completed.

Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Python and data formats (JSON/CSV).
  • Basic understanding of Excel.
  • Interest in web tools, APIs, and data work.
  • Eager to learn and improve technical skills.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
