Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented CRM Administrator to join our dynamic team in Germany. In this role, you will take ownership of the administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. You'll play a crucial part in supporting users, managing changes, and driving automation and data insights that enhance company-wide efficiency.
QualificationsYour Responsibilities:
- Administration and Monitoring: As part of our CRM team, you will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- User Support: You will be the main contact person for our users and assist with technical questions.
- Change Management: You will expand and optimize the Dynamics 365 standard modules through tailored adjustments and develop solutions that meet the specific requirements of our company. This includes conducting tests and documenting all changes in detail and comprehensively.
- Power Automate: You will develop and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes, tailored to the specific Dynamics 365 CRM processes, contributing to continuous optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Power BI Reports: You will serve as the key contact for our Power BI development team and provide support in utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM data in Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports that enable informed, data-driven decisions and enhance company performance.
What Sets You Apart:
- Successfully completed IT training or comparable qualifications
- Programming languages such as HTML, .NET, Java are advantageous
- CRM experience is helpful
