The role involves close collaboration with both the client and internal teams, focusing primarily on data management, system migrations, and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Requirements:- Fluency in German (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business needs
- Experience working with CRM systems (not limited to Dynamics 365)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Background in IT project management or business analysis
- Analyze and improve CRM-related business processes
- Collaborate directly with German-speaking clients and internal team members
- Support data migration and administration within Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM platforms)
