About the role

As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of CRM and omnichannel marketing strategies across EMEA, with a strong focus on activating Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Nexxt). Operating within a multinational, matrix organization, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, demand generation, and digital sales growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Always-On and cross-functional teams (including brand, content, and global omnichannel teams) to translate high-level strategy into impactful, data-driven CRM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Lead the development of CRM marketing and omnichannel strategies aligned with broader business and commercial goals

Translate cross-team strategic plans into scalable CRM initiatives across EMEA

Act as a key partner to the Head of Always-On team in driving activation excellence

Campaign Management & Activation

Own and execute automated CRM campaigns (B2B & B2C) across multiple channels

Collaborate with local marketing teams and external partners to ensure effective campaign delivery

Drive client engagement and lifecycle marketing strategies across key customer segments

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Nexxt)

Lead the activation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Next)

Map business requirements and collaborate with the strategic development lead to enhance platform capabilities

Ensure best-in-class use of marketing automation and personalization

Data, Performance & Insights

Define and track marketing objectives and KPIs

Oversee campaign performance measurement and reporting across markets

Translate insights into continuous optimization and improvement actions

Leverage dashboards and analytics to support decision-making

Customer Journey & Segmentation

Implement and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys

Develop targeted CRM campaigns based on audience segmentation and behavior

Apply learnings to continuously enhance customer experience and conversion

Demand Generation & Growth

Lead EMEA demand generation initiatives and customer database growth

Drive innovative approaches such as gamification and lead magnets in collaboration with content teams

Budget & Stakeholder Management

Manage allocated budget effectively together with the Head of Always-On Team

Track ROI and campaign effectiveness across initiatives

Operate effectively within a multinational, matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders across regions

Market & Industry Awareness

Stay up to date with the latest CRM trends, marketing technologies, and industry developments

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a CRM Marketing Manager / Senior CRM Marketer in a multinational environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar), ideally with focus on activation (Next)
  • Experience with marketing automation, omnichannel campaigns, and customer journey management
  • Background in both B2B and B2C marketing is strongly preferred
  • Highly analytical, with experience in data analysis, dashboards, and performance optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and international teams
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Excellent English communication skills

Location

Preferred: Finland or Amsterdam

Open to broader EMEA-based candidates (cost-efficient locations considered)

For this role we are not open for relocation
