The role
We are on the lookout for a CRM & Marketing Automation Intern to join our cross-functional Digital Marketing team.
In this role, your mission will be to support the daily operations and ongoing development of our marketing technology ecosystem, helping us scale smarter and faster.
The internship starts in mid-September 2025, will ideally last 6 months, and is based in Milan with a hybrid setup—requiring at least 1 day per week at our campus.
Responsibilities
- Support CRM operations in HubSpot, keeping contact lists organized, segmented, and up to date
- Assist in building and refining marketing automation workflows to help generate leads and engage users
- Help connect tools and platforms using no-code solutions like Make, Zapier, or n8n, automating repetitive tasks
- Contribute to small AI-driven projects that improve how we communicate with users or optimize internal processes
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to make sure systems and strategies stay aligned
- Take care of basic website operations, like updating content, publishing blog posts, or coordinating fixes
About you
You’re a freshly graduated or junior profile looking for a stimulating opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
On top of this you:
- Have a basic understanding of marketing fundamentals like lead generation, customer segmentation, and email campaigns
- Pay close attention to detail, whether you're double-checking automation flows or keeping CRM data clean and organized
- Communicate clearly and work well with others, even when juggling different priorities across teams
- Are curious and proactive, eager to dive into new tools or figure things out as you go
- Enjoy exploring digital platforms—even if you haven’t used them before, you’re excited to try tools like HubSpot, Make, or Zapier
- Speak Italian at a native level and feel confident working in English (written and spoken)
- Are based in Milan or can easily come to the campus at least once a week

Final interview. A concluding conversation with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to confirm the culture fit and define the next steps.
