About the Opportunity:
As CRM Manager, your mission is to effectively manage and optimize the CRM system (Salesforce) - this includes strategically aligning CRM objectives with business goals. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Revenue Operations and leading a team of two (2), you'll oversee system integrations, analyze customer data to drive strategic decisions, and ensure data accuracy and quality. You'll train end users and implement data governance policies to support overall customer relationship strategies. Your work will improve overall engagement and performance.
**this is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days** #LI-Hybrid
Strategic Planning:

  • Define Objectives: Collaborate with key stakeholders to set clear objectives for the CRM system that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop a detailed CRM roadmap that outlines the steps and timelines for achieving these objectives. This includes identifying major milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.


System Management: Liaison with IT to manage Salesforce integrations with other systems and applications
Data Analysis: Analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences and using this information to drive decision-making and strategy.

  • Data Collection and Integration: Ensuring that all relevant customer data is accurately collected and integrated from various sources (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) into the CRM system.
  • Report Generation: Creating and generating regular reports that provide insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness. This includes both standard reports and ad-hoc analyses based on specific business needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, churn rate, and engagement levels to assess the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
  • Data Visualization: Presenting data in a clear and actionable format using dashboards, charts, and graphs. This makes it easier for stakeholders to understand and use the information effectively.
  • Accuracy and Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data used in reports. This involves regularly auditing the CRM system and data inputs to prevent errors and inconsistencies.


Data Governance: Establish policies and procedures for data quality, integrity, and security within the CRM system.
User Adoption and Training:

  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure they are proficient in using the CRM system.
  • Change Management: Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and address any resistance to new processes or tools.
  • Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support for Salesforce end users


Team Leadership and Management:

  • Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the CRM team, providing guidance, support, and direction.
  • Performance Management: Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Team Development: Identify training needs, facilitate professional development opportunities, and support career growth for team members.


Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a salesforce administrator, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Excel is necessary to develop and maintain complex CRM reports and dashboards.
