About the Job

  • Manage daily execution of email and mobile messaging campaigns; including handing off final email & mobile messaging assets to email production vendor, asset delivery, QA and deployment

  • Manage hands-on email coding, campaign setup, QA, and proofing within our email platform, including audience definition, content creation and campaign deployment for Adhoc promotional email campaigns

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure coordinated consumer experience and guide email performance

  • Create clear, data-driven content briefs for internal creative teams

  • Partner with vendors to ensure accurate program deployment

  • Pull email engagement reporting every week to report to business leaders

  • React to changing business needs by modifying plans and adjusting deliverables

  • Monitor competitive landscape to identify industry trends and best practices

  • You will report into Sr. Manager, Loyalty & CRM 

About You

  • Education: BS/BA in a relevant field

  • 1-2 years previous experience (preferably in a marketing role)

  • Experience with HTML and content management tools

  • Experience using third-party email applications and web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) 

The expected starting salary range for this role is $41,900- $68,800 We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
