Location: on-site in Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation supported)
Responsibilities:
- Technical setup and execution of CRM campaigns within internal systems.
- Working with Google Docs and Sheets to organize and track project data.
- Carefully review all task details and components before execution to ensure accuracy.
- Identifying errors and inconsistencies, and collaborating with managers to resolve issues quickly.
- Reviewing translations, spotting mistakes, and refining final copy to ensure high quality.
- English level B2 or higher
- Clear and proactive communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Confident user of Google Workspace tools
