What’s in it for you?

We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing Growth Team and play an important role in how we connect with our customers across the Hakim Group.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some CRM, marketing or customer-focused experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll get hands-on experience delivering CRM activity, working with data and customer journeys, while also having the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve how we work and help shape the future of CRM across the Group.

CRM is an evolving area for us, so this isn’t a role where you’ll simply follow the same process every day. We’re looking at how we can do things better, use data more effectively and continually improve the customer experience. You’ll be encouraged to be curious, challenge how things are done and get involved in projects that help us build our CRM capability.

You will also receive:
  • Competitive salary
  • Company pension
  • Employee discount
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Free parking
  • Health & wellbeing programme
  • Additional leave
  • Sick pay
  • An Extra Day off for your Brithday
About the Role

You’ll work closely with our CRM Manager, Marketing and our network of independent practices, giving you exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the delivery and optimisation of CRM campaigns designed to increase eye exam bookings, repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
  • Managing customer lifecycle activity including recall and lapsed customer programmes across multiple channels.
  • Using data and reporting to understand campaign performance, identify trends and spot opportunities to improve results.
  • Supporting A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation, helping us understand what works best for our customers.
  • Working with our Data Team to identify opportunities for data cleansing, improved reporting and better use of customer information.
  • Getting involved in CRM projects and process improvements, helping us develop better ways of working as the function continues to grow.
  • Working with our Marketing and Creative teams to improve campaign performance through stronger copy, imagery and messaging.
  • Building positive relationships with our practices and becoming a trusted point of contact for CRM queries and support.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new practices onto our CRM programmes, ensuring campaigns and customer data are set up accurately.
  • Working with third-party CRM and technology partners to explore improvements to our systems, processes and customer journeys.
  • Sharing ideas and contributing to the development of CRM best practice across the Group.
  • Supporting the development of others as our CRM capability grows, including sharing knowledge and helping colleagues get the most from our CRM activity.
  • Taking on projects and other opportunities that help us continually improve what we do.

What we're looking for

You don’t need to be a CRM expert. We’re much more interested in your curiosity, analytical mindset and willingness to learn.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in CRM, marketing, customer communications, data or a similar role, and be looking for an opportunity where you can broaden your experience and take on more responsibility.

  • A basic understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle activity.
  • Good Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to look at data and understand what it is telling you.
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset - you’ll naturally want to understand why something has happened and how we could make it better.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with customer data and communications.
  • An interest in A/B testing, campaign optimisation and using insight to improve results.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple pieces of work.
  • Confidence working with different teams and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach - you’ll be someone who spots an opportunity rather than waiting to be asked.
  • A willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
  • A customer-first approach and a genuine interest in creating better customer experiences.
  • A desire to develop your CRM knowledge and build a career within a growing function.
