Customize CRM entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations as needed.
Develop automation processes, reports, and dashboards to improve user efficiency.
Integrate CRM with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Maintain data integrity, security, and system performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve CRM-related issues.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Provide user training, documentation, and technical support.
Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies, tools, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM development and customization.
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, APIs, and data models.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, or similar (depending on platform).
Experience with CRM integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, etc.).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with [specific CRM platform, e.g., Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics / Zoho / HubSpot].
CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Dynamics 365 Developer, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD tools.
