We are seeking a skilled and inquisitive Business Analyst with strong SQL knowledge and previous experience in gaming and developing reporting tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Python skills are a plus for this role. The candidate will work closely with our casino team to create dashboards and produce meaningful insights through data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRM team to understand their business objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and prioritize dashboard enhancements.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases and sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
- Validate data integrity, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports, in addition to creating new ones
Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in the gaming industry, particularly within the casino sector, is highly desirable
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Python or any other Programming Language skills are a plus.
