We’re looking for a CRM Campaign Lead who genuinely cares about customer experience and takes pride in their work. You’re proactive, accountable, and motivated by having real impact in a growing business.
In this role, you’ll run our customer campaigns end-to-end, making decisions that have real impact. This is a hands-on role, building, launching, and improving campaigns in Braze that genuinely move the needle and are recognised for it in a growing business. You’ll be supported by teams across the business, including Data & Analytics, Creative, Trading, and the wider Marketing team.

Your Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day customer experience across our owned digital channels
- Manage, test, and optimise campaigns and journeys in Braze
- Own campaign planning aligned to key business priorities and major sporting events
- Work closely with Creative, Data & Analytics, Trading, and Marketing to bring ideas to life and improve our marketing efforts

Skills and Abilities
- Hands-on experience using Braze to deliver CRM programs.
- High degree of accuracy across campaign setup and QA to ensure every message goes out clean.
- A proactive problem solver who can take ownership and move work forward independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with design and product squads.
- An interest in wagering, sports, or fast-paced consumer products is highly regarded.
