Job DescriptionBusiness Analysis
- Be a main point of contact and resource for analysis within our Sales teams based in North and South America (Americas)
- Ensure a high-level data quality standard is followed related to internal sales data within our databases and CRM. Among others:
- Carry out daily compliance tasks including checking contracts in terms of SOX
- Carry out regular reporting tasks upon request from stakeholders
- Carry out data clean-up exercises in alignment with the respective stakeholders
- Utilize existing data (internal and external dataset) to provide analysis of key drivers and KPIs in the region. Highlight positive and negative trends, and opportunities concerning sales and regional KPIs.
- Support the Sales Team with monitoring contracts that are due to be renewed, as well new deals in the pipeline. Perform analysis highlighting upsell potentials, or other commercial upgrades before the final deal is pitched
- Proactively manage revenue assurance within the region. Ensuring alignment and governance across activation, contracts, and invoicing
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to assist Sales and management as required
CRM
- Work on existing and develop new CRM (Salesforce) processes
- Validate proposed processes with peer-groups before full roll-out
- Explain/training of processes or changes to the broader Sales Team
- Understand feedback/change suggestions from the Sales Team and feed in a structured way to Sales Ops and/or CRM-Team
- Administrate and further develop CRM information and user guidance system
- Provide various stakeholders CRM support
- Special Cases: work with CRM and Sales Operations to provide guidance on non-standard requests to sales, document those to create an archive, identify preventive actions
