The role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Application Manager to take ownership of our Sales and Marketing modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This is a hybrid role combining configuration, light development, and a strong understanding of business processes and data flows beyond Dynamics.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, maintain and extend the solution, and ensure Dynamics 365 integrates smoothly with the surrounding application landscape.

How you’ll make impact

  • Take technical ownership of the Dynamics environment. 

  • Drive changes and improvements in close collaboration with the Business Owner. 

  • Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules. 

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, or system configurations. 

  • Implement enhancements using Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) and light custom development (JavaScript, plugins, etc.). 

  • Support users with incidents and requests (2nd/3rd level support). 

  • Monitor and ensure the integrity of data flows into and out of Dynamics 365, including integration with other systems. 

  • Collaborate with external Dynamics partners for complex developments or integrations. 

  • Document application architecture, data flows, and configurations. 

What’s important to us

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales module and ideally Marketing. 

  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). 

  • Experience with system configuration, custom entities, workflows, and forms. 

  • Basic development skills (e.g., JavaScript for form scripting, plugin development, or Power FX). 

  • Ability to understand and map end-to-end business processes and related data flows. 

  • Strong communication skills to interface with both business users and technical teams. 

  • Experience working with external IT partners or vendors. 

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
