Position OverviewWe are looking for a System Implementation Manager who can take real operational needs and translate them into well-built, reliable system workflows. You will primarily support the implementation, configuration, and integration of our field service and customer relationship platforms.
You will work closely with operations, leadership, and field teams to turn business requirements into practical system setups, clean data structures, and clear workflows.
You will work with:
- Zuper for FSM scheduling, dispatch, work orders, inventory, and asset tracking
- HubSpot for CRM, sales, service, and customer lifecycle management
You will focus on implementing configurations, building automations, improving processes, and helping users adopt these tools smoothly.
Success in this role means keeping data accurate, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring teams can rely on Zuper and HubSpot to support daily operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Implementation and Configuration
- Configure Zuper and HubSpot based on business requirements, including fields, workflows, automations, and dashboards.
- Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities for new processes or integrations.
Integrations and Data Flow
- Support integrations between Zuper, HubSpot, and other platforms to keep data consistent and accurate.
- Document integration logic and field mappings for clear future maintainability.
Process Documentation and Workflow Improvement
- Assist in mapping and improving operational workflows such as scheduling, call-to-cash, preventative maintenance, and service delivery.
- Ensure processes are clearly documented with diagrams, checklists, and written procedures.
Data Migration and Data Quality
- Support data migration efforts including extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer, asset, and service data.
Training and User Support
- Deliver training to office staff and field teams on how to use the systems effectively.
- Create simple playbooks and guides to help users adopt new features.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with leadership and operational teams to understand requirements and help prioritize system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Three or more years experience implementing or supporting FSM, ERP, or CRM systems such as Zuper, ServiceMax, Salesforce, Acumatica, or similar.
- Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and custom properties or objects.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica experience preferred but not required).
- Understanding of API integrations and how data flows across multiple systems.
- Ability to map and document business processes with clarity.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience implementing Zuper or another FSM platform.
- Background in field service work such as HVAC, commercial refrigeration, or appliance repair.
- Experience training field or non-technical users.
