The CRM Analyst will support the development and implementation of strategic Account Management with Zurn Elkay and Rep associates across Owner, Architect, Contractor and Distributor personas. This key contributor will design, test and deploy key account profiles capturing critical customer data points and conversion playbooks. The CRM analyst will train users on CRM best practices, collecting user feedback to improve ease of doing business within the tool. This associate will be the single point of contact for CRM Account Management user support, ensuring all team members have the tools needed to advance strategic initiatives. This position requires the ability to travel up to 20% to conduct in-person training and support sessions. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Train and Support Zurn Elkay and Rep Associates on Dynamics CRM Account Management implementation
  • Understand strategic deployment priorities and ensure CRM is aligned to capture meaningful data and provide timely KPI reporting
  • Monitor user adoption across ZE and Rep Sales teams, identify gaps and create a plan to drive improvement
  • Create and maintain CRM documentation library (print and video) comprised of SOPs, training manuals, etc
  • Capture continuous improvement opportunities to promote sales team ease of doing business in CRM
  • Partner with IT to design, develop, test and deploy new capabilities
  • Prepare the team for future Microsoft CRM releases through understanding, testing and deployment of upcoming feature sets
  • Serve as backup to CRM Quotations Manager in support of Rep quotations user community

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, marketing or engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) deployment and user support
  • Ability to interpret and document user experience, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience training a user community with a wide variety of technical aptitude
  • Prior experience with AI implementation into sales processes is a plus
  • Strong understanding of CRM data & backend tables with the ability to translate to business users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, lighting or other building product manufacturer similar industry preferred
