We're Hiring: CRM Administrator – Limassol, Cyprus
We are looking for a skilled CRM Administrator to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot and Jira, with a strong focus on customization, automation, and integration to streamline internal business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure and customize HubSpot CRM modules to align with organizational needs.
- Set up and maintain user roles, permissions, and access levels within HubSpot.
- Researching and implementing new features within HubSpot and its plug-ins to improve internal business processes.
- Administer Jira projects and workflows to support project management and collaboration.
- Implement and manage the integration between HubSpot and other Company tools to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data accuracy.
- Develop and implement automation workflows in both HubSpot and Jira to improve efficiency.
- Optimize lead and project management processes through automation.
- Trian users on HubSpot and Jira functionality and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator, with expertise in HubSpot and Jira.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and project management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
