Job holder needs to analyze the credit requests and give recommendation for Ayvens Group Entities and to ensure that is compliant with all relevant regulations and company policy. To achieve this, the job holder needs to perform the following tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the credit requests from Ayvens Group entities’ and ensure that is compliant with all relevant regulations and company policy

  • Analyzing data from multiple sources and files according to the quality agreements

  • Ensure quality of the analysis made for credit requests, regarding the risk associated with the client from a creditworthiness perspective

  • Ensure to receive quality and complete documentation for each credit request 

  • Support Risk and Sales teams for continuous improvement

  • Understand and demonstrate proficient use of system tools and procedures

  • Request additional documentation from Sales teams to ensure clarity and consistency for recommendation/decision

  • Give feedback to Ayvens Group entities for improvements on credit process

  • Ensure high quality standards for the analysis of all the credit requests received,

  • Provide technical support/ training to the teams, with the required frequency, so that the Credit process is performed in an efficient, high quality and professional manner

  • Maintain the risk analysis updated as per the latest procedural/ policy changes

  • Propose improvements to the Risk process as per the knowledge gathered from other Ayvens Group entities,

  • Preparation of analyzed credit requests reporting to stakeholders, with the given frequency or whenever requested

Job requirements:

  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization. 

  • University degree/diploma (e.g. in Law, Economics etc) 

  • Knowledge of MS Office suite 

  • Experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment is a plus 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a financial institution or equivalent detailed process (preferably in the Credit Analysis/ Risk Analysis/ Lending area) 

  • Fluent in English written and spoken/ Any other language spoken is a plus

Skills Required

  • University degree or diploma, such as Law or Economics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a financial institution or equivalent detailed process, preferably in credit analysis, risk analysis, or lending
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinking and focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Experience in the finance and banking industry
  • Additional language proficiency
