Job Summary

Are you someone that enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, and making an impact? In this role, you’ll assess credit risk and support financial solutions that help customers access Vermeer equipment. We’re looking for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives on collaboration, variety, and driving business success.

What You’ll Do

1. Proactively address issues with dealers and customers, including timely release of orders, identification of credit and collection issues, account reconciliations and resolution of issues.  

2. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all credit assessments.

3. Prepare financial information and support credit decisions. Ensure compliance with credit policies.

4. Analyze financial statements, credit reports and delinquency trends.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related field; with three years of relevant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Solid grasp of intermediate accounting principles and core business terminology.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for building and maintaining complex spreadsheets and databases.

- Skilled at using diverse tools and resources to gather information, validate facts, and develop informed hypotheses.

Travel

- Occasional travel is expected of this position.

Although listed as hybrid this position will be ONSITE 5 days/week.

Work Location

HYBRID: Some of a team member’s day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager.

Skills Required
