Job Description
- Responsible for internal credit risk assessment: Evaluate the credit risk by analyzing credit reports, income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.
- Identify potential risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies for Credit decision
- Ensure that all credit decisions comply with relevant internal credit policy and legal standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit evaluations and decisions
- Work closely with Account managers, Risk Approvers, and other teams to provide insights and support for decision-making.
- Continuously monitor the credit performance of Partners and adjust credit limits or terms if necessary.
- Proactively do report findings to senior management, providing insights on trends and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Typically 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis, finance, banking or P2P Lending.
- Strong ability to interpret financial statements, financial ratios, and other data points.
- Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations in written and verbal formats.
