About the team

• Our first line of defense Credit Operations team strives to effectively underwrite merchant account submissions, perform customer due diligence, and minimize losses via fraudulent merchant identification.

What you’ll own

• Review and research of account data changes
• Merchant reverification/periodic reviews
• Liaise with other teams to maintain fraud oversight, compliance requirements, and network change initiatives
• Audit and QA support

What you bring

• Three years or greater of merchant fraud and credit experience
• Customer due diligence/know your customer experience.  FinCEN and Fintrac experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
