About the role

As a Creator Success Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our 1:many scaled creator initiatives, particularly in the area of challenges, webinars and data management. You will be responsible for scaling 1:many projects, planning and executing breakout sessions, and curating + delivering content for masterminds. Your work will be integral to our efforts in partnering with legal and CRM teams to ensure seamless communication and compliance. Additionally, you will manage beginning-to-end logistics, prize distribution, track data, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions across our creator programs.

How you will make an impact

  • Scaling our 1:many Program: Work with the team to scale our 1:many webinar program and Creator challenges.
  • Challenge Management: Lead the logistics and execution of creator challenges, ensuring smooth operations from planning to prize distribution.
  • Data Analysis: Review, submit, and report on data related to 1:many initiatives, offering actionable insights that guide team strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including legal and CRM, to streamline communications and ensure all creator interactions are compliant and effective.
  • Content Development: Plan and create engaging content for mastermind sessions, fostering an environment of growth and learning within our creator community.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the analytics team to analyze data and develop new strategies that enhance the overall performance of our creator programs.
  • Special projects: Work closely with the team and cross-functional teams to execute and lead new initiatives such as ambassador programs, blog refreshers, resource curations, Creator workshops, etc.

What you will bring to LTK

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Preference for in marketing, communications, sales enablement, curriculum and development and business administration.
  • 3+ years experience in project management, data analysis, deck creation, sales enablement, or a related field, with a focus on creator communities or similar environments.
  • Public speaking experience; ability to present on new topics in a dynamic and captivating nature.
  • Ability to translate and communicate an advanced level understanding of LTK.
  • CRM Platform experience in Hubspot or equivalent preferred.
  • Deep understanding of social media and how various platforms work.
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Suite of tools and Zoom, essential for managing workflows and communications effectively.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in influencers and a commitment to helping them succeed in the creator economy.
  • Data Forward Mentality: The ability to analyze data and draw conclusions that drive strategic decisions.
  • Creativity: A knack for developing innovative content and strategies that resonate with creators and drive engagement.
