If you want to:
Proactively source and identify top-performing content creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms;
Conduct high-volume prospecting and utilize influencer databases to find creators within specific niches;
Assess influencers’ credibility, brand safety, and reputation to identify any potential risks before outreach;
Analyze creator statistics, audience demographics, and performance metrics to qualify leads and forecast partnership value;
Craft compelling cold outreach messages and A/B test email campaigns to maximize response and conversion rates;
Manage and organize a healthy, active pipeline of qualified leads to pass on to the account management team;
Continuously refine influencer search methods and outreach techniques to enhance the quality and volume of incoming leads.

Experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar outreach-heavy role;
Interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or the creator economy;
Excellent written communication with a knack for crafting highly converting cold outreach emails;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly evaluate data, spot trends, and qualify leads;
Expertise in navigating various social media platforms, primarily YouTube (familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc. would be advantageous);
