The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-savvy Creator Partnerships Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and help scale our Creator Program across YouTube, Podcasts, Instagram, and Meta. Working closely with our Brand & Partnerships Manager and Creative Strategy Manager, you’ll be instrumental in growing our network of creators and building our pipeline of standout content across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Research and identify creators across platforms (YouTube, IG, TikTok, Meta) who align with the Cometeer brand
  • Support outreach via email and DMs with timely, personalized communication

Partnership Management & Negotiation

  • Track all conversations and status updates in internal tools
  • Put together creative and competitive Partner offers
  • Manage and lead contract negotiations

Campaign Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate sampling and shipping logistics for creators and partners
  • Maintain clear communication with creators and managers around briefs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Draft and help distribute creative briefs, contracts, and tracking documents
  • Manage follow-up communications to ensure timely posting and contract compliance

Program Ops & Admin

  • Maintain creator databases and campaign calendars
  • Support reporting efforts, including tracking posts, performance, and usage rights
  • Assist with creator payments and invoicing
  • Participate in ad hoc projects related to UGC, community, or partnerships

What We're Looking 

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, creator/influencer work, sales, or talent management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - you’re the kind of person who triple-checks a DM and writes clean, friendly emails
  • Experience with AI tools or workflows is a plus
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and digital creators
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and deadlines
  • Comfort in Google Sheets, Notion, or similar project management tools
  • Interest in brand storytelling and performance marketing
  • Passion for internet culture, digital storytelling, and bonus points if you love coffee
  • Experience with or interest in managing contracts and negotiations
  • Comfort with analytical tools and platforms like Excel (pivot tables), Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • Ability to work on-site in our New York office four days per week (Thursdays remote)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Final Compensation will be determined based on experience and level within the range listed.
