About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and organized Intern to assist with the conception, planning, and execution of exclusive events for Twitch Creator Club attendees at TwitchCon San Diego 2025. In this 3-month internship, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for content creators, supporting event logistics, and collaborating with our event team to bring exciting concepts to life. This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes of a major industry event and gain hands-on experience in event management, creator relations, and hospitality.

You Will:

• Assist in the brainstorming and development of creative event concepts, themes, and activities tailored for Twitch Creator Club members.
• Support logistical planning, including venue coordination, guest list management, scheduling, and vendor communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Events) to ensure smooth execution of event elements such as signage, giveaways, and social media promotion.
• Research and coordinate with vendors for production of exclusive merchandise for Club members attending TwitchCon.
• Coordinate with creators including pitching them opportunities to take part in activations at TwitchCon. 
• Assist in the issue and execution of contracts with creators participating in events, panels, meetups
• Work with the event team to develop contingency plans for last-minute changes or challenges.

You Have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in event planning, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum grad year Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Passionate about the gaming and livestreaming community, with a strong interest in content creators and Twitch culture.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Bonus Points

• Experience in event planning, coordination, or customer service.
• Knowledge of the Twitch platform and community, including key trends and influencers.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting priorities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.88/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $57.50/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Twitch is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
