Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

The Action 

As a Medior Creator Campaign Manager, you will lead GoSpooky’s Creator Campaigns to success by leveraging your expertise to shape strategic and creative creator-led approaches for client briefings. You will develop a deep understanding of client needs, enabling you to identify and collaborate with the right creators to bring campaigns to life. You will be accountable for executing campaigns on time and within budget while setting ambitious goals and measuring impact. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key creators and stakeholders across various platforms and markets.


As a Creator Campaign Manager, you will: 

  • Execute creator campaign retainers, setting up creator programs to drive high-quality content.
  • Develop, present, and execute creator-led campaigns for clients.
  • Define creator criteria and source creators that align with brand goals and campaign concepts.
  • Manage communication with creators and their agents to ensure content is delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
  • Analyze creator content performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with key creators and management agencies across different markets.
  • Provide insights into creators and the latest trends to drive proactive, creator-first ideation and cross-team collaboration.
  • Contribute to the breakdown of creator budgets, ensuring alignment with campaign structures and creative concepts.
  • Oversee creator administration, invoicing, and contracting while negotiating contract terms with creators and managers.

You are someone who:

  • Have a curious mindset and are always looking for what's next in our industry. You have experience running creators' campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Have 2-3 years of experience with creator/influencer campaign management for leading (international) brands. Experience across multiple markets is a pre.
  • Is proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Communicates confidently and effectively with various stakeholders, including Spookies, clients, and creators.
  • Is curious and open-minded, always staying ahead of trends and translating them into creator-driven campaigns.
  • Has a structured way of working and excels at managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
