About the role:

We need someone with Recruitment, Account Management, or Sales background.

With our global footprint and hyper growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of partner photographers shooting on our platform. As a Creator Acquisition Associate on this team, your job is to ensure that the photographers we source go through the recruitment process as smoothly as possible. Your impact on recruiting and onboarding new photographers will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.

What you'll do

• Help Snappr expand to new markets by growing our community of photographers
• Set up and maintain photographer recruitment funnels to meet launch targets
• Assist photographers with the onboarding process - from start to finish.
• Reach out to interested photographers to get them excited about joining Snappr.
• Sell Snappr's value proposition to photographers
• Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or recruiting
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Fantastic phone manner and sales mentality
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets skills to organize photographer funnels
• A "let's get it done" mindset
• The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
• Photography experience is a bonus
• Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
