About The Role
Vidsy is hiring for a talented Creative with 1–3+ years of experience to join the Team, and oversee end-to-end production of social content for top brands like Meta, L’Oréal, Warner Bros, Unilever, and Google. 

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for generating exciting creative concepts and ideas, then bringing them to life from concept to final delivery. Working with Strategists, Client Solutions Managers, and Motion Designers, you’ll direct our External Creator Community (over 20,000 strong!) to produce high-performing social video content. If you’re social-savvy, full of fresh ideas, and passionate about crafting engaging, results-driven content, we’d love to hear from you!

Must-haves:

  • 1–3+ years of content production experience, ideally with exposure to the full end-to-end process.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing work across multiple clients – ideally including large, enterprise brands.
  • Deep understanding of social media, a sharp eye on emerging trends, and strong platform knowledge (TikTok, Meta, Snap, etc).
  • A creative thinker with a passion for concepting standout ideas – whether in beauty, retail, gaming, entertainment, or beyond.
  • Confident in client-facing settings – you're comfortable stepping into conversations and presenting when needed.
  • Based in the Toronto, Ontario area.

Nice-to-haves:

  • A strong portfolio of paid and/or organic social content.
  • Proven ability to brief Creatives, including UGC Content Creators, Designers, Motion Graphics Designers, and Video Editors.
  • A solid understanding of video production—experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • An interest and/or experience utilising AI.

Who You’ll Report To
You’ll report to Remi, our Creative Director, who’s been with Vidsy since 2019. Remi helped establish our North American presence, launching first in NYC and now expanding into Toronto. Known for fostering high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and driving creative success, he also brings a fun side to the mix - he’s particularly partial to a Pickle Back during company socials!

The Interview Process
📞 20 minutes – Introductory call with a member of our Talent Team.
👩‍💻 60 minutes – Video interview with Remi to discuss the role and your experience.
📚 Task –  An opportunity to show off your Creativity!
90 minutes 🧑‍💻 –  Final interview with team members, including presenting back your task response, and exploring how your experience aligns to our Vidsy Values (Raise the Bar, Learn Everyday, Unleash Creativity & Be Brave)
