In this role, you will
Concept & Prototype — Explore ideas through rapid prototyping using both design and code, turning conceptual product directions into interactive demos, technical experiments, and usable interfaces.
Technical Craft — Build functional prototypes, internal tools, or lightweight product features using modern front-end technologies and creative coding techniques.
Design Systems — Establish and maintain early component libraries, interaction patterns, and visual foundations that guide both design and implementation as the product scales.
User Insight — Run lightweight research, gather user feedback, and use insights to refine prototypes and inform technical and design decisions.
Engineering — Contribute directly to the platform wherever possible
Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with founders, engineers, and PMs to bridge design and engineering, communicating ideas with clarity and grounding decisions in creative exploration.
Brand & Expression — Help shape how the product feels—from interactive behaviors to visual identity, motion, and the creative direction reflected across product and marketing surfaces.
Rapid Iteration — Move quickly from idea to prototype to evolving the product, testing hypotheses through working demos and evolving concepts in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Generalist — Contribute across creative layers—interaction design, front-end implementation, motion, storytelling, or experimental interfaces—depending on what unlocks the next product direction.
Innovation Catalyst — Bring a forward-thinking perspective around new technologies (AI, creative tooling, interactive media) and how they can translate into product value.
Foundation Building — Shape the culture of creative technology at the company, define best practices, and help lay the groundwork for a future multidisciplinary team.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 3+ years of experience working at the intersection of design and engineering—whether as a creative technologist, prototyper, front-end engineer, or hybrid product designer.
Love working collaboratively with founders, engineers, and PMs to explore ideas, shape product direction, and transform ambiguity into clarity through prototypes.
Bring a strong sense of craft, from interaction design to technical implementation, with an intuitive understanding of what makes products feel polished and thoughtful.
Are comfortable operating in 0 → 1 environments, creating new workflows, systems, prototypes, and creative directions from scratch.
Enjoy wearing many hats, from coding prototypes to crafting visuals, motion, or interactive storytelling when the team needs it.
Communicate clearly and with empathy, helping both technical and non-technical teammates understand ideas through demos, visuals, and working models.
Thrive in a fast-moving environment, iterating rapidly, shipping often, and learning from real user feedback.
Care deeply about users and use research, experimentation, and creative exploration to find solutions that balance user needs, product goals, and expressive design.
About ProductNow
Today’s product teams are buried in coordination overhead, rewriting the same information across tools, decks, and stand-ups. ProductNow eliminates that friction by introducing AI teammates that augment synthesis, drafting, alignment, and execution across your existing workflows.
We’re creating a world where humans and AI collaborate effortlessly to build what’s next. ProductNow enables enterprise teams to operate as a unified system of outcomes, free from coordination chaos and powered by intelligence, alignment, and purpose.
We focus on the collaborative, multiplayer nature of work, building for teams to align and move together, not just for individuals to move faster. We understand that real organizational efficiency comes from reducing coordination overhead, unlocking the true potential of teams.
With enterprise-grade security and adaptive intelligence, ProductNow helps organizations multiply growth, embed best practices into every workflow, and stay fully compliant, driving a new system of outcomes through seamless collaboration between humans and intelligent agents.

What We Do
Product and engineering teams are stuck in coordination overload, spending more time rephrasing and translating ideas than building, forced to adapt how they communicate across tools and meetings. With flat budgets and rising expectations, traditional collaboration tools fall short. ProductNow is an AI platform that unifies workflows, drives alignment, and turns complexity into momentum, so teams can move faster and build smarter.
