Role Title: Creative Studio Services Manager

Location: London

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role

Are you the glue that holds creative teams together? The master of organisation who ensures projects land on time, on brief, and without chaos? If so, we want you!

Imagine overseeing a global creative studio, working across multiple markets to shape and champion our brand worldwide—online, in-store, and everywhere in between. You’ll be at the helm of a dynamic, fast-moving team tackling a diverse mix of creative briefs, from global brand campaigns to region-specific executions. Whether it’s digital marketing, in-store PoS, websites, apps, CRM, business development, or even store design, you’ll ensure every project is delivered on time, on brand, and with impact.

While local marketing teams handle much of their execution, our in-house creative studio sets the global creative standard, delivering master assets, regional adaptations, and strategic projects. Collaboration is key—working closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution across 20+ global markets. Partnerships with agencies extend our capabilities, bringing specialist expertise to key creative projects and ensuring best-in-class execution across all touchpoints.

In addition, this role requires navigating compliance, legal, and data protection approvals—keeping the brand bold and brilliant while ensuring everything is market-ready.

If you’re an organisational powerhouse who thrives on solving problems, streamlining processes, and curating top-tier creative work, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Global Creative Operations & Workflow

  • Oversee global creative projects, ensuring smooth execution, brand consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a variety of creative briefs, from global master assets to regional executions.
  • Act as a bridge between global and local teams, ensuring regional marketing teams have the right assets, templates, and guidance to adapt work correctly.
  • Own the end-to-end creative process—from brief intake to prioritisation, resourcing, and execution.
  • Champion and direct creative excellence, ensuring all work meets a high standard of design, storytelling, and brand impact.
  • Continuously optimise workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Cross-Functional & International Collaboration

  • Work with global marketing, product, compliance, legal, business development teams, as well as regional teams within market to align creative execution with business goals.
  • Be the go-to contact for ensuring projects stay on track, expectations are aligned, and deadlines are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, creative partners and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.

Creative Production, Brand Guardianship & Compliance

  • Oversee packaging artwork, global campaigns, and digital assets, ensuring they meet brand, legal, and compliance standards.
  • Implement systems that keep creative content well-organised, accessible, and up to date for local markets.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all regions.
  • Manage compliance approvals with internal teams and external partners, ensuring all assets meet legal, regulatory, and brand requirements before release.

Team & Process Optimisation

  • Foster an efficient, structured, and collaborative creative studio environment where the team thrives.
  • Continuously improve creative workflows, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and with clarity.
  • Provide guidance and creative oversight to support local teams, ensuring all adaptations stay on brand.
  • Keep morale high, supporting and inspiring the team to deliver their best work.
