Our team is 20 people fully remote, focused on one thing:
Helping DTC brands grow faster through better creative and CRO.
Creative is the biggest growth lever in paid media right now.
That’s why we’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can help us find the next winning angles, hooks, and concepts for our clients.
Not someone who writes ads randomly.
Someone who understands why ads win.
Most agencies treat creative like production.
Pump out volume.

We look at data, customer psychology, and market signals to build creative systems that consistently produce winners.

We reverse engineer why it worked and scale the insight across multiple brands.
Because we’re an agency, you won’t be stuck working on one product forever.
You’ll get exposure to multiple Shopify brands, multiple niches, and multiple audiences.

You will help drive the creative strategy behind our Meta ads.
That means:
→ Researching markets, avatars, and customer psychology
→ Studying winning ads across Meta, TikTok, and competitor libraries
→ Identifying new hooks, angles, and mechanisms
→ Writing clear ad concepts and scripts that convert
→ Creating detailed briefs for editors and creators
→ Analyzing ad performance to understand why creatives win or lose
→ Turning those insights into the next round of tests

$2,500 – $3,500 per month depending on experience.
We start with a trial / part-time period to ensure the fit works both ways before moving into a full-time role.

Skills Required
- Experience scaling Shopify DTC brands on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and customer psychology
- Experience building and running creative testing frameworks and scaling insights
- Ability to write high-converting ad concepts, scripts, and detailed briefs for editors/creators
- Experience analyzing ad performance and turning insights into next tests
- Portfolio/examples of ads or concepts and brands you've worked on (must provide when applying)
- Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment and taking feedback quickly
- Familiarity with TikTok ad libraries and competitor research
