This role is perfect for a bold, innovative, Creative who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, data, and digital performance. As the Creative Strategist, you will lead the development of high-impact, performance-driven ad campaigns across a portfolio of social casino brands. You will be the central creative force—turning brand identity and marketing goals into standout short-form video concepts grounded in UGC, motion design, and influencer-led content.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Act as the primary creative driver for paid social and digital campaigns, developing original concepts rooted in UGC, motion design, and influencer marketing.

  • Build and own the strategic framework for using UGC-style content to drive user acquisition at scale.

  • Translate brand guidelines, market trends, and performance insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams and external creators.

Content Development & Storyboarding

  • Create storyboards, scripts, and visual outlines that bring key messages and creative ideas to life for motion graphics, live-action shoots, and hybrid UGC formats.

  • Write compelling short-form copy—headlines, CTAs, hooks, and VO scripts—that enhance engagement and conversion.

  • Leverage generative AI tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, scriptwriting, and asset generation for rapidly scaling high-volume ad variations.

  • Oversee the creative development of all assets, ensuring top-tier quality and unified brand expression across video, animation, and static formats.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the creative lead within cross-functional “squads,” partnering closely with Paid Social, Design, and Influencer teams to ensure full alignment between concept, content, and performance goals.

  • Collaborate with the Influencer Team to ideate and optimise branded creator content for acquisition and retention.

  • Work with video editors to shape raw footage, livestream clips, and UGC submissions into polished, high-performing ads.

Compliance, Testing & Optimisation

  • Ensure all creative output complies with social gaming regulations, platform policies, and brand standards.

  • Review performance data regularly to refine concepts, drive A/B tests, and evolve creative direction for improved ROI and engagement.

About You

  • A strategic and imaginative creative with a track record of producing viral, sub-30-second video content designed for performance.

  • Experienced in using UGC-style content, AI, and influencer storytelling to create thumb-stopping ads.

  • Strong visual communicator—skilled at articulating ideas through storyboards, scripts, and clear creative direction.

  • Deep understanding of the iGaming or social casino space, including compliance parameters and acquisition-focused messaging.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showing successful performance-driven video campaigns, including UGC, motion-design, and influencer-led content.

  • Experience in creative strategy or content creation—ideally within iGaming, social casino, or a similarly regulated DTC category.

  • Proven experience in storyboarding, scriptwriting, and directing creative for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, or YouTube Shorts.

Skills Required

  • Portfolio showing successful performance-driven video campaigns, including UGC, motion-design, and influencer-led content.
  • Experience in creative strategy or content creation.
  • Experience within iGaming, social casino, or a similarly regulated DTC category.
