To grow our multidisciplinary team of creative thinkers and makers, we are looking for an experienced creative strategist with a passion for narratives who can operate at the intersection of digital innovation, branding, and marketing.
The role- Senior/Lead
- This is a creative role. You combine analytical skills needed to identify the crux of the challenge and strategic opportunities, with the ability to express original ideas verbally and visually.
- A senior creative strategist acts as an interpreter between clients and designers, and regularly takes the lead in the creation of concepts and presentations that inspire designers help clients articulate their vision and focus on the essence of it
- You turn rational logic and factual matter into strategic scenarios and inspiring narratives that drive decision making and creative work.
- You are a sparring partner for clients, designers and directors — from the ideation to production
- Define multiple strategic directions, based on desk research, workshops and interviews, and guide clients towards the ideal direction with rock solid arguments
- Define value propositions for products, services and brands
- Use creative writing to elevate presentations and UX designs
- Copywriting for pitch presentations, brand campaigns and product launches
- Connect the dots between vision, strategy and execution
- Be a sparring partner for clients and in-house creatives
- 7+ years of experience in design agency
- fluent in Dutch and English
- portfolio with award-worthy work for B2B and B2C clients
- Has a reputation for turning insights into the strategies and narratives that take business to their next level
- Is a captivating storyteller and gifted copywriter, with the design skills to make presentations that impress and inspire clients
- Is unfazed by the ambiguity that comes with a wide range of strategy- and narrative based challenges: value propositions, future visions, brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and marketing communication
- Is a hands-on thinker-slash-maker who can make complex things surprisingly simple
- Working in a dynamic environment with very smart people to come up with creative solutions for a wide range of challenges
