Summary
We are seeking a dynamic creative strategist based in the Los Angeles (or nearby LA) area.
This is a monthly salary position, ranging from 7500-10k per month, DOE.
You will responsible for performance, not just ideas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Write hooks, angles, and ad scripts
Turn performance data into new creative directions
Concept and oversee ads that scale spend
Work directly with the CEO on testing and strategy
Help guide content, talent, and creative direction across channels
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You've worked on ads that spent real money
You understand hooks, retention, and conversion
You think in outcomes, not aesthetics
You can clearly explain why something worked
If you've never thought about why an ad worked — this isn't for you.
Huge preferred: if you are already ads manager, ads library trained, if you have experience with CapCut, directing and/or shooting in person & remote productions, creating & distributing briefs, and creating performing FB ads, and iterations of winning ads.
Skills Required
- Experience with managing ads
- Understanding of hooks, retention, and conversion
- Ability to analyze ad performance
- Familiarity with CapCut and remote productions
