Your Opportunity: As we scale rapidly across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we're building the core team that will define our success.
We're looking for a Creative Strategist to define how we inspire people to move - not to execute someone else's vision, but to craft the creative strategy that turns our mission into a movement.
Your Responsibilities:
You'll build and refine the creative system behind our social ads.
Turn data into winning ads: Translate insights into clear hypotheses and high-performing creative.
Write High-Converting Scripts and UGC: Develop scripts, hooks, and UGC concepts that stop the scroll and drive revenue.
Brief and Elevate Production: Brief and align video/static editors for fast, high-quality delivery.
Build Scalable Test & Iteration Frameworks: Build a lean test-and-iterate system.
Challenge for Quality: Brief, challenge, and coach creators and editors to consistently raise the bar on output quality, brand alignment, and KPI performance.
Spot and Use Trends Early: Proactively identify platform trends, features, and cultural signals - and translate them into brand-relevant, conversion-focused creative ideas.
What You Bring:
Fluent in English, Dutch/German (writing & speaking): You communicate effortlessly and effectively in English & either Dutch or German, verbally and in writing.
A blend of creative and analytical thinking: You possess a unique ability to combine creative ideation with data-driven analysis, understanding why certain approaches succeed.
Experience (2+ years) in performance marketing or creative strategy: You bring a solid track record in developing and executing strategies that drive measurable results.
Obsessed with testing, learning, and scaling what performs: You have a relentless drive to experiment, derive insights from data, and optimize for maximum impact.

Skills Required
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or German (written and spoken)
