We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to pioneer the community vision for a global automative brand rooted in culture — shaping strategies that inspire connection on an international and local scale. 

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, empowering you to set the mission, define the roadmap, and bring it to life. You’ll work closely with teams across the world to grow communities that feel personal, purposeful, and unforgettable. 

With equal focus on high-level planning and on-the-ground activation, you’ll guide storytelling, foster engagement, and craft initiatives that turn audiences into advocates. From global strategy blueprints to local event concepts, you’ll balance cultural nuance with brand consistency, ensuring every touchpoint builds towards a stronger, more connected whole. 


Requirements
  • Define the Mission: Establish a clear, inspiring community vision and long-term goals aligned with brand values. 
  • Develop Strategy: Create detailed frameworks for global and local community engagement, ensuring scalability and cultural relevance. 
  • Guide Execution: Oversee and support implementation of community programs, campaigns, and activations. 
  • Engage Directly: Participate in conversations, events, and initiatives to foster authentic, two-way relationships with community members. 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with creative, marketing, and local market teams to integrate community efforts into broader brand strategies. 
  • Measure and Optimize: Track performance, gather insights, and refine tactics to increase engagement and loyalty. 
  • Stay Culturally Connected: Monitor trends, cultural shifts, and platform innovations to keep community initiatives fresh and relevant. 
  • Build Client Partnerships: Develop trusting, collaborative relationships with global marketing clients to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Leverage Experience: Bring proven expertise in building and growing authentic, brand-led communities that inspire connection and loyalty.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000.That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
