RoleJapan is one of BeReal's most strategic markets, with a highly distinctive creator ecosystem and social media culture. This role is the local vision that connects Japanese creative production with BeReal's global performance creative operation.
Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative producers and influencer coordinators. You will own creative production for BeReal’s paid marketing strategy and play a central role in helping growth of the user base on the market.
Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy
Lead up to 3 people: recruit, coach, animate the team
Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
Benchmark, discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with the globa creative team
Lead key projects to test new tools, IA processes, etc.
You have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry
You’ve successfully led high-impact projects
You have driven multiple creative strategies and run them from A to Z
You have influencer and creator management experience
You speak and write English fluently
You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
