ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Creative Solutions Specialist, you will be joining the Solutions Team at ROI Hunter, working fully remotely from Brazil and helping enterprise e-commerce clients unlock the full potential of AI-powered creative at scale.
- You will support clients and prospects in implementing creative solutions, guiding them from the first conversation through to delivery, making sure the output is brand-safe, high-performing, and actually usable across millions of products.
- You will execute hands-on design work for client creative assets, and when the work is done by external partners, you will review it and make sure it actually meets the requirements.
- You will manage creative projects end to end, coordinating with the client, CSM, product teams, and external partners to keep things moving and the quality high.
- You will work directly with our Product team, feeding back what you see in real client situations so that the creative capabilities of the platform keep evolving in the right direction.
- The tooling and the environment will keep changing. Gen AI capabilities are developing fast, and what works today will look different in six months. That's not a warning, that's the job.
ABOUT YOU
You are a creative professional with hands-on design experience and a genuine passion for Gen AI.
You are someone who is equally comfortable building a client relationship and opening Figma to execute the work yourself.
- You are based in Brazil and comfortable working remotely with clients from across the globe (mainly in the Americas) and the rest of the team in Central Europe. Async communication and occasional time zone overlap are just part of how you operate.
- Your portfolio shows real design work for digital marketing assets - not mood boards or concepts, but actual deliverables you built and shipped for clients or campaigns.
- You have already experimented with AI image or video generation in a meaningful way. Not just played with it once, but integrated it into how you work creatively.
- You are fluent in Portuguese and your business English is strong. You will be client-facing with international accounts and collaborating daily with a team in Brno.
- You ask good questions. When a client gives you a vague brief, you know how to dig until you understand what they actually need, not just what they said.
- You are comfortable in an environment that keeps changing. The tools, the processes, and the scope of the role will evolve, and that energizes you rather than unsettles you.
- If you have a background in performance marketing, e-commerce, or agency work, that context will make you significantly more effective in this role from day one.
- You want to be part of building something, not just executing tasks. The feedback you gather from clients will directly shape how the product develops.

What We Do
ROI Hunter is a product performance management (PPM) platform. The platform enables retailers to understand how their individual products perform throughout the product life cycle, allowing them to maximise their margins by making better, more informed decisions. Common retail operating structures (buying, procurement, merchandising, marketing, and distribution) all perceive products differently, and use different metrics to manage their activities. We see the most friction between marketing and the rest of the organisation, as it’s difficult to break marketing efforts down to the SKU level, as well as to make SKU-level data actionable in marketing. This results in the true cost of promotion not being calculated into product margin, which leads to overinvestment in bad products and underinvestment in potentially good products. Product performance management overcomes the difficulties described above by combining product data across marketing channels with business data about SKUs to create a combined view of true product performance. This can be used to drive marketing efforts or support critical business decisions (e.g. pricing or purchasing of products). The PPM platform also connects directly to the ad networks. With ROI Hunter, e-commerce marketers can build and launch more profitable campaigns all from the same platform.
