Key Responsibilities
- Manage creative workflows across packaging, campaigns, social, and digital deliverables
- Create project timelines, assign tasks, manage deadlines, and flag risks or blockers proactively
- Maintain visibility into all moving parts of each project and ensure alignment with brand priorities
- Lead timelines and deliverables for new product and packaging launches, including dielines, copy, and regulatory reviews
- Collaborate with Product Development, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure accuracy and delivery of assets
- Coordinate and manage creative production logistics for brand, campaign, and ecommerce shoots
- Assist with booking talent, studios, stylists, photographers, and videographers
- Own shoot timelines and post-production schedules
- Manage the creation and delivery of assets for social and ecommerce platforms
- Serve as a central point of contact between creative, marketing, operations, product development, and external vendors
- Lead regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creative or marketing project management, ideally within the skincare, beauty, or CPG space
- Strong understanding of creative development across packaging, digital, and content production
- Familiar with content needs across ecommerce, social media, and paid channels
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Wrike
- Experience with photo and video production logistics is preferred
