YOUR IMPACT
At GALE, we produce award-winning work that is both creative and effective. We are looking for a creative producer to join our team and help us continue to push the boundaries of what is possible. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and a track record of producing high-quality work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creative process from start to finish, working with the creative team to develop concepts and execute campaigns. The creative producer will also be responsible for managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards.
The final candidate will be an integral part of the creative team and their ideas, developing, supporting, elevating and finding creative solutions to bring ideas to life.
WHO YOU ARE
5 - 7 years professional experience in production
Experience in Photography & Experiential Production is a major plus!
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Collaborate during creative development, ideate on production approaches, and produce in response to client briefs
Manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production, including budgeting, scheduling, creative problem-solving and delivery
Work with your clients, talent, and crew to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard
Continuously seek out new ways to push creative boundaries and elevate the work of the team
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and trends, recommending new approaches that enhance both creative output and operational efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with production partners and vendors
Proactively manage risk on all projects, ensuring that contingency plans are in place
Train and mentor team members who are new to production
Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and industry trends, recommending new approaches that enhance both creative output and operational efficiency.
HYBRID SCHEDULE
With a total of nine offices around the world, including New York, Toronto, Los Angeles, Austin, Denver, Kansas City, London, Bengaluru and Singapore, GALE embraces a hybrid, flexible workplace with employees asked to attend the office three days per week.
