As a Creative Operations Program Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting operational management of creative projects within a fast-paced marketing department. Responsible for working with the graphic designers, production artists, copywriting team, packaging operations and external agencies to ensure project schedules are accurate. This role will work closely with the Creative Operations Program Manager and project requestors to coordinate traffic across internal and agency supported creative projects.
How you’ll do it
- Traffic incoming marketing, production and photography projects requested by marketing, sales and various other Belkin teams (HR, eComm, regional teams.).
- Improve and maintain productivity by setting and enforcing deadlines. Constant follow-up and follow through are essential to achieving deadlines.
- Engaging with 3rd Party Agency partners to introduce new projects, assess schedule, maintain delivery timeline and aid coordination and billing operations between external and Belkin internal partners.
- Provide excellent coordination and organization of assigned projects and associated timelines, recognizing and accommodating (where appropriate) unique project needs.
- Preserve established procedures by enforcing consistency in project submission details, tasks, process, and scope of work.
- Monitor multiple project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Partner with key stakeholders to regularly communicate status of current projects.
- Problem solve and communicate challenges and insights for current projects and process improvement.
- Work with the US based teams to ensure the coordination of projects and consistent project reporting. This may require working outside of normal working hours.
- Use Workfront to manage and track all projects and project resources. This will include ensuring that all project resources use the Workfront tool and accurately report task completion and hours worked on each task.
What you’ll need
- Fluency in English
- 4 year college degree
- 2-3 years similar experience
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Experience with Workfront or other project management software
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong drive and desire to learn.
- Focus and an attention to detail.
- Professional, friendly demeanor. Must have excellent relationship building skills.
- Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor and manage workload.
