🚀 About TubeScience
TubeScience is a leading performance marketing agency combining world-class creative with real-time data to drive measurable growth.
We produce thousands of performance-driven video ads each month for leading DTC brands and Fortune 500 companies. Our teams operate across multiple countries and time zones, working together to build creative that performs at scale.
💡 The Opportunity
Our creative operations function is the engine behind hundreds of ads delivered every week. As we scale, we need a systems-minded operator to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and build the operational infrastructure that enables faster, more predictable execution.
You will own the systems, processes, and operational improvements that keep creative work moving efficiently from planning through delivery.
- Help manage the end-to-end creative workflow across Strategy, Production, Post-Production, Quality Control, and Delivery;
- Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for greater efficiency and scalability;
- Build automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve visibility;
- Create structured systems for prioritization, triage, and workload management;
- Partner with internal tooling teams to ensure workflows evolve alongside platform capabilities.
Resource Planning & Operations
- Build systems for capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing;
- Partner with Strategy, Production, and Creative leads to maximize output and remove operational blockers;
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, team utilization, deadlines, and delivery risks;
- Support distributed teams working across multiple countries and time zones.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate operational work using AI, LLMs, and workflow tools;
- Build, implement, and measure operational improvements;
- Create and maintain SOPs that document and standardize key workflows;
- Turn recurring operational problems into repeatable, scalable solutions;
- Help drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, production operations, project management, or a similar high-volume creative environment;
- Proven experience building scalable operational systems and improving processes;
- Strong experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar tools;
- Experience building workflow automations and using AI-powered operational tools;
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting;
- Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones;
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and make an immediate impact.
- A systems thinker who enjoys solving complex operational problems;
- A builder who wants to create scalable solutions—not just maintain existing processes;
- A direct, low-ego communicator who prioritizes outcomes over politics;
- Comfortable driving improvements without a detailed roadmap;
- Structured and pragmatic, using process as a tool rather than an end goal;
- Energized by fast-paced environments where results are measurable and meaningful;
- Curious about how automation and AI can improve the way creative teams operate.

What We Do
As one of the fastest growing startups in Los Angeles, we're revolutionizing the way in which companies approach successful video advertising. Our team of award-winning Producers, Editors, Directors, Engineers, and Performance Marketing Managers are building a global studio where we can conceptualize, shoot, and produce hundreds of videos per day. Unlike traditional advertising agencies that pitch creative concepts for companies, hope they will perform, and outsource filming, we design videos that are guaranteed to convert. We use data to guide our creative process and leverage testing and analysis to make adjustments to react to users in real-time. What's atypical about the company: We're fast and data-driven: our teams develop concepts in the morning, shoot/edit in the afternoon, launch in the evening, and iterate the next day based on real-world performance. We’re a behavioral R&D lab at the core: We put 2,000+ video experiments per week, watched by tens of millions of people per day, that give us deep insights into how people make decisions. Over the past couple years, we’ve built an enormous library of IP around human behavior and visual communication. We work on a pure pay for performance basis. Zero production fees for video. Clients only pay us if our videos outperform anything they’re running internally.
