Burson, a leading global communications agency, is looking for a passionate and ambitious Creative to join our dynamic and growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to craft innovative, earned-first campaigns for some of the world's biggest and most iconic brands.

You'll be a vital part of the creative process, supporting senior team members in developing ideas that generate buzz, drive conversation, and deliver results for our diverse range of clients. You'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment, learning from experienced, multi-disciplinary Creative Directors and contributing to award-winning campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Dreaming up big ideas from insight to execution across earned, social, digital, experiential and influencer channels
  • Collaborating with strategists, producers, and PR leads to create unmissable work
  • Presenting ideas with clarity and energy
  • Participating in new business and championing creative culture
  • Contributing to the full spectrum of creative needs, from crafting social copy to visualising art direction and developing stellar pitch decks.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Previous creative agency experience
  • A portfolio of headline-making ideas and culture-shaping work
  • A great collaborator with a positive attitude 
  • Confidence presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders
  • A sharp instinct for culture with a deep understanding of current trends, social media, and youth culture.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of PR and earned media principles.
  • Experience within a PR agency
  • Familiarity with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

OUR LONDON OFFICE
Burson employs over 450 people in the UK, and our stunning Southwark offices run over two floors as part of the larger WPP Campus, Rose Court. We have access to a beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views across London and a bar/restaurant area, which is a great spot for client meetings and socialising with the wider agency and other WPP OpCo’s.
