We create new formats and stories, building a world where the only limit is human imagination. Right now we're looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist ready to join and shape it with us.

Location: Kazakhstan · Remote

Your mission:

  • Monitor the advertising market and competitors, spotting what works and recurring patterns.

  • Generate ideas for ad creatives and bring them to brainstorms already thought through.

  • Take part in shaping the creative strategy and influence its impact on ROI and spend.

  • Drive marketing hypotheses from idea to conclusion: test thoroughly, don't stop after the first miss, and scale what works.

  • Break down winning creatives (hook, retention, setup) and share the takeaways with the team.

  • Work closely with the content team and take ownership of your tasks proactively.

What you'll need:

  • 1+ year in creative / performance marketing or an adjacent background in content with a solid grasp of key metrics.

  • Command of market-monitoring and competitor-analysis tools (or the ability to pick them up fast).

  • A habit of looking at creatives through the lens of results, not just aesthetics.

  • Self-direction and initiative — you move without waiting for constant guidance.

  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment without ready-made instructions.

  • A results focus, strong time management, and the ability to prioritize.
